Keith currently serves as President and CEO of UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Washington. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Keith is driven by a clear mission: to improve health outcomes and expand access to care for Medicaid, Medicare, ID/D, and LTSS populations.  Prior to his current role, he served as Senior Vice President of Products and CEO for UnitedHealthcare’s Tennessee and Kentucky Health Plans.  Known for developing innovative, sustainable programs that meet the complex needs of underserved populations, Keith brings both strategic vision and deep compassion to his leadership.
