Until 2024, Dr. Simon served as President of Healthcare Innovation and Chief Medical Officer at Community Health Systems, Lynn spearheaded an array of transformative initiatives. Before joining CHS in 2010, Simon served as Vice President of Medical Affairs at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky and Senior Vice President & Chief Medical Officer of Jewish Hospital & St. Mary’s HealthCare after the organizations’ merger. A neurologist by training, she brings extensive health system operations and medical leadership experience. Dr Simon has been named to Modern Healthcare’s 50 Most Influential Physician Executives and Leaders list and Modern Healthcare’s biennial Top 25 Women in Healthcare list on multiple occasions.
