Mike is an experienced executive leader, deeply versed in healthcare, finance, strategy, operations, and governance, and has been instrumental in business development and mergers and acquisitions, often serving as CFO at scale.  Most recently, as SVP & Chief Business Development Executive at Kaiser Permanente, Mike led all growth activities, including playing a key role in creating the Kaiser Permanente Medical Foundation and Risant Health, as well as serving on Boards of innovative organizations including Civica Rx, Mercy Health (St. Louis) and BroadJump.  Previously, Mike served in Chief Financial Officer roles for Kaiser’s Northern California Region, Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Health, Baptist Health System of San Antonio, TX and a progression of leadership roles at Allina Health.
