Bill is the Founder and Managing Partner of Mindyra
Formerly, Bill was Managing Partner of Deep Harbor Partners, a private investment business focused on direct investment in healthcare, trust & wealth management, niche manufacturing and technology start-ups. Prior to that, Bill was CEO of Samoset Asset Management company, a private wealth management firm.
Bill spent most of his career at Credit Suisse First Boston where he was a Managing Director and Group Head. Bill developed and ran the new issue debt and syndicate businesses for CSFB in the Pacific Region (i.e. Japan, Non-Japan Asia & Australasia) ranking number 1 in the world at the time. Bill also established and managed a number of new business initiatives (“Yankee” bond business; the Medium-Term Note business and finally, the Emerging Markets bond business in Asia and Eastern Europe) in Capital Markets from New York. Bill oversaw all Fixed Income Credit & Strategy, Emerging Markets and Structured Product Research globally. He was President and CEO of CSFB Data & Analytics, a research company. During his leadership, the firm's Institutional Investor rankings improved from #14 in the United States and not ranked anywhere else in the world to #3 worldwide. In Investment Banking, he was responsible for developing and servicing major client relationships in the Pacific Region.
As a Managing Director of the firm he conducted business in over 40 countries around the world.
Bill previously served as Chairman of Laurel House, a mental health rehabilitation “club house.” Bill served as the youngest Trustee in St. George’s School history and was Head of the Alumni Association. Bill was President of the Delafield Island Association, a Connecticut municipal organization. Bill has served as President of the Tokeneke Club in Darien, Connecticut.
Bill graduated “cum laude” from Williams College with high honors in his history major. Bill holds a MBA from Columbia Business School, where he was student president and received the Business School Award for outstanding service to the school.
Bill is married, has two children and resides with his family in Darien, Connecticut.
Mr. Moseley has been with LLM since its founding in 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Moseley was affiliated with Washington & Congress Managers, LLC. Mr. Moseley helped establish Triumph Capital Group, Inc. in 1990 and was President from 1998 until 2003. He was previously a Managing Director of Drexel Burnham Lambert and had prior experience with Dillon, Read & Co. Inc. and Merrill Lynch White Weld. Mr. Moseley is a Director at Ingenios Health Holdings, Inc. and has served as a Director of Abbey Healthcare, Allied Healthcare, Apria Healthcare, Inc., BORN Information Services, Box USA, First Communications, LogistiCare and Value Asset Management, among others, and as a board observer in other companies. Mr. Moseley is a graduate of Harvard College and received his MBA from Columbia University.
Bryan is Co-Founder, Chief Design Engineer and Revenue Officer of Mindyra.
Bryan, who has worked for large corporations, family businesses, start-ups and advertising agencies, was Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Arc1, LLC, an innovative company which provides strategic consultation and implementation for e-commerce and consumer product companies utilizing a variety of world-class marketing automation technologies for integrating website personalization, blogging, social media publishing, email marketing, landing pages and calls-to-action.
Previously, Bryan was Chief Operating Officer for Swift Instruments, the oldest family-owned optics company in the United States, where he consolidated operations and rejuvenated the brand which stopped a five-year erosion in sales, reduced operating costs 15% and drove 20% annual growth.
Bryan’s large company experience was as Vice President of Marketing and International for the G. H. Bass division of Phillips Van Heusen, where he was recruited by the President as a key member of the management team that turned around this iconic, consumer brand from $288MM in revenue and $96MM in losses to $450MM in revenue and $53MM in EBITDA.
Before being recruited to Phillip Van Heusen, Bryan was Director of Marketing for the $663MM US subsidiary of Adidas, the international sporting goods giant, where he facilitated the parent company’s buy-out and consolidation of its US distributors to create its wholly owned North American subsidiary.
In addition to graduating from Boston University with a B.A. in Art History and Architecture, Bryan has attended the MBA program at the University of Rhode Island and the M.S., Computer Science program at Brown University. He recently successfully completed MIT's Sloan School of Management Executive Program on Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy. Bryan won a bronze medal at the National Intercollegiate Rowing Championships and has held various board positions at area schools, church and civic organizations.
Bryan is married, has two daughters and resides South Dartmouth, Massachusetts.
Dave McElhinny is the recently retired, previous owner and CEO of SIGCO, Inc., New England’s largest architectural glass and metal fabricator. At the time of its sale to a strategic buyer, SIGCO was one of the largest privately held glass and metal fabricators in the United States. Dave owned Westbrook, Maine based SIGCO for twenty years, growing the company to industry prominence.
Prior to purchasing SIGCO in the late 1990’s, Dave had been CFO and Treasurer of Rogers, Lunt, and Bowlen Company. Before this role Dave held several financial positions for Allied Signal (now part of Honeywell). Dave started his career in the mid seventies as a commercial banker in Washington, DC specializing in marketing and operations.
Dave has served on a number of small corporate and education institutions boards including: St. George’s School, Swarthmore College, Timanous Foundation, Vice Chair and honorary trustee and Tilton School where he is the active board chair.
Dave is a graduate of Swarthmore College and received his MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College. He and his wife April reside in Jupiter Island, Florida, Ketchum, Idaho and Fishers Island, New York and have two adult children.
